We just spent over $500 on what turned out to be cheap plastic trophies. We've used Trophy Depot in the past with no problems, so we've been a loyal customer.

However, this time 3 of the smaller trophies we ordered were broken/cracked due to the boxes not being adequately packaged to protect the contents. Additionally, we were missing 8 of the larger trophies. I found this out on a Saturday and they are closed, so I emailed them and no reply. So Monday I emailed them again.

Nothing. This morning (Tuesday) I called and after sitting on hold forever I finally get someone. He was annoyed and had a bad attitude from the start. He was rude and that only irritated me so I finally told him I wanted to talk to his supervisor.

He told me the call was being recorded and that I was being rude ... anyway, I probably was by then, and he proceeded to hang up the call.

Maybe Trophy Depots' Principal, James O'Boyle should train his staff on Customer Service. We will never order from Trophy Depot again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $152.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: This time it was an awful experience.
