The trophies I have ordered and received from Drophy depot have all been nice. Actually I would say a little nicer than some I have purchased elsewhere.

The engraving is very nice (neater and more professional looking than some), and also some of the column covers look nicer than some I have seen. But---the customer service is another story. They are rude, unwilling to listen or try to please a client. I wanted a trophy made in a particular way.

The guy who answered my call used a *** tone of voice and said I was asking for a frankenstein trophy and they could not do it or they "would never get any work done". Later I called and talked to someone else and explained that someone else there had told me you could not change the trophies and that It appeared to be something that would be possible to do and could it be done if I was willing to pay a set-up fee. To my astonishment it could be done and the set=up fee was only $2.50 extra. Another time they were just nasty when I asked if possibly I could change something not long after I had ordered it.

Well, true I ordered at several times only 1 trophy that would cost only about 12.00 or 14.00, but it over $16. to ship it, so don't tell me they were not making out on my orders. I mean they will ship an order of over $95. for free, and it must cost them at least $16.

for real to ship that kind of order. I really got ticked when I had one unfinished order in made another order of 2 other trophies at the same time and they did not send them all out together, but instead I had to pay over $16.00 for each of the 2 orders. Their customer service is just so rude, your intimidated to ask them anything. I have now spent that $95 dollars or more,shouldn't you at least act like someone who makes small orders, but still makes their orders add up is an important customer too, just like someone who orders a lot at a time.

Who knows, if I were treated better with these small orders maybe I would have became one of those big purchasers, but there are a lot of other places to try too. I can just hear their customer service people with their *** attitudes laughing at this letter right now, but in all reality unless they are the owners they should be taking a look at their attitudes and helpfullness as customer service reps, because they are leaving a very nasty and unprofessional taste for their clients, and who knows people might begin to think they are talentless and can't even make a frankenstein trophy and never again order or refer anyone to them ever again!!

Reason of review: just rude, unhelpful and uncaring customer service..
